After reducing the bottom magnets temperature so far with the liquid nitrogen it becoems a superconductor, the south pole is reaching around to attract the north pole of the floating one while the north pole opposes the north of the floating one, at the same time the top magnet is doing the same so they are attracting and resisting equally causing it to suspend. id go into more detail but the character count is evil and im not into multiple postings.google superconductors if your more interested
